Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as a primary point of contact for business leaders, providing expert advice on HR policies, practices, and employment law.
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the seamless onboarding of high-quality healthcare and administrative staff.
- Oversee performance management cycles, offering guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to identify skills gaps and implement training programs that enhance employee competence.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy, integrity, and adherence to legal standards.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to support strategic workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Support organizational change initiatives and culture-building projects that align with NTUC Health's core values.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, preferably in healthcare or social services.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local labor regulations.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
