- Develop and execute strategic manpower planning initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and healthcare operational requirements
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs, analyze workload patterns, and optimize staff allocation across departments
- Monitor and analyze workforce metrics, turnover rates, and staffing trends to provide actionable insights for management decision-making
- Implement and maintain workforce planning models and tools to ensure accurate headcount forecasting and resource optimization
- Partner with Recruitment and Talent Acquisition teams to streamline hiring processes and address talent gaps proactively
- Conduct regular workforce audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to employment regulations and organizational policies
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on manpower statistics, trends, and recommendations for senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency and operational effectiveness across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on manpower or workforce planning
- Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is highly advantageous
- Strong proficiency in HR analytics tools and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic workforce recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
