Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent across diverse functions
- Manage employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Drive performance management systems including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Design and execute training programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership skills
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in business partnering role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee development
- SHRM-CP or CIPD certification preferred
