Tanggung Jawab
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle for faculty and research positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singapore labor laws and institutional standards
- Manage employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management processes
- Coordinate professional development programs and training workshops for academic staff
- Oversee HR data management, analytics, and reporting for strategic decision-making
- Assist in compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
- Lead cross-functional HR projects supporting institutional growth initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years progressive HR experience in academic or research institutions
- Deep understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Certifications in SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent HR credentials
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Experience in international recruitment and cross-cultural talent management
