  • Manage employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management processes
  • Coordinate professional development programs and training workshops for academic staff
  • Oversee HR data management, analytics, and reporting for strategic decision-making
  • Assist in compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects supporting institutional growth initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3-5 years progressive HR experience in academic or research institutions
  • Deep understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Certifications in SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent HR credentials
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
  • Experience in international recruitment and cross-cultural talent management
