Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with line managers to provide strategic HR advisory on talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Lead execution of key HR events including recruitment drives, onboarding programs, and training workshops
- Facilitate employee relations through conflict resolution and policy implementation
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting and evaluation frameworks
- Contribute to HR analytics initiatives to identify talent trends and improvement opportunities
- Support compensation and benefits administration reviews and updates
- Ensure HR policies align with Singapore labor laws and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with generalist exposure
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred
