As our HR leader, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent for store and corporate levels.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance appraisal systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
- Handle payroll administration, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and leave management in accordance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that reflect OāBriensā core values and improve retention rates.
- Coordinate training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide expert advisory support to management regarding labor legislation and workplace health and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the F&B, retail, or hospitality sector.
- Strong working knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and related industrial relations laws.
- Proven ability to manage the full spectrum of HR functions with a high degree of discretion and integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
