Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement employee relations programs to enhance workplace culture and engagement
- Design and execute learning & development initiatives aligned with organizational growth
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution with impartiality
- Oversee performance management systems and improvement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy and policy development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in construction or heavy industry
- Expertise in Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Strong background in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPHR) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
