Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage employee relations programs, grievances, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor regulations
  • Coordinate general administrative functions including office management and vendor relationships
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation systems with accuracy
  • Lead training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare analytical reports for leadership

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and general administration roles
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, BPJS, PP No. 78)
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
