We are currently seeking a dedicated and strategic Assistant Manager, Human Resources to support our growing workforce. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services across the mall. You will lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, manage employee relations, and ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job profiling and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, handling inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Conduct performance appraisals and implement training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities.
- Ensure strict adherence to Malaysian Employment Act and Pavilion's internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide strategic workforce planning solutions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
