AmBank is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Assistant Manager, In House Recovery to lead our recovery initiatives and enhance portfolio quality. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts, implementing proactive recovery strategies, and minimizing write-offs across our diverse range of retail products. You will serve as the primary point of contact for complex recovery cases, utilizing strong negotiation skills to recover funds while maintaining positive customer relations and adhering to regulatory standards.
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in lowering the Bank's Bad Debt Ratio (BDR) and improving overall asset quality. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to analyze credit risks, and a commitment to operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless case management and compliance with internal policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recovery process for assigned delinquent accounts.
- Develop and execute effective recovery strategies to minimize write-offs and maximize recoveries.
- Negotiate payment settlements and restructuring plans with customers to ensure timely debt repayment.
- Monitor portfolio performance and analyze trends to identify high-risk accounts early.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Legal and Operations, to escalate non-performing accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all recovery activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reporting on recovery metrics, write-off ratios, and BDR performance to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in debt recovery, credit management, or collections within the banking sector.
- Strong working knowledge of banking products, credit policies, and recovery laws/regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
