Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and supervise the income audit team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of daily revenue transactions
  • Oversee daily reconciliation of all revenue streams including room sales, F&B outlets, and other hotel services
  • Review and verify financial data, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain robust financial controls to prevent revenue loss and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and revenue-related issues
  • Train and mentor team members on financial procedures and best practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting hotel revenue management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel income audit or similar financial control role
  • Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management systems and accounting software
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven leadership experience with ability to manage and develop a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
