Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the income audit team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of daily revenue transactions
- Oversee daily reconciliation of all revenue streams including room sales, F&B outlets, and other hotel services
- Review and verify financial data, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls to prevent revenue loss and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and revenue-related issues
- Train and mentor team members on financial procedures and best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting hotel revenue management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel income audit or similar financial control role
- Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management systems and accounting software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership experience with ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
