CDAC is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager, Infrastructure Development & Facilities to join our team on a 2-year contract. In this pivotal role, you will drive the expansion of our centres and ensure the highest standards of operational readiness across all facilities.
You will be responsible for overseeing critical infrastructure projects, managing facility operations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver seamless expansion programmes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning and execution of CDAC's centres expansion programme, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee facility operations and maintenance to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage construction, renovation, and facility upgrade projects.
- Ensure all infrastructure developments comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Strengthen the overall operational readiness of new and existing centres by developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to facility management and infrastructure services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure development or facilities management.
- Proven track record in managing construction projects or facility operations within a corporate or organizational setting.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., BCA Professional) is an advantage.
