Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate integrated care services for seniors in the Ang Mo Kio community
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve care delivery and outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and community partners to align services
- Monitor and evaluate care programs to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage resources efficiently to optimize service delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate communication between care providers, seniors, and their families
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in senior care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or senior care management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in senior care
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in developing and implementing care programs is preferred
