Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute internal audits across operational, financial, and compliance domains
- Assess internal control effectiveness and recommend process improvements
- Lead risk assessment activities and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Monitor regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies
- Collaborate with senior management to implement corrective actions
- Train staff on internal controls and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CIA preferred
- 3+ years of internal audit or compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and agricultural industry regulations
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in audit software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in agribusiness or manufacturing sector is advantageous
