Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the database administration team to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance database schemas and architectures.
- Perform regular database tuning, query optimization, and resource capacity planning.
- Execute complex backup, recovery, and data migration strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data against unauthorized access and breaches.
- Monitor database health and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with developers and system architects to deploy seamless database integrations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Database Administration (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to guide technical teams.
- Deep understanding of database security, replication, and high-availability clusters.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues in real-time.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical requirements and business needs.
