- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of laboratory teaching assistants to ensure high-quality academic support
- Oversee daily operations of cutting-edge computing laboratories, including equipment maintenance and resource allocation
- Coordinate with faculty to integrate laboratory activities into curriculum and research projects
- Develop and implement laboratory policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Provide technical training and troubleshooting support for students and staff
- Manage inventory procurement and budget allocation for laboratory resources
- Foster collaborative learning environments and innovative teaching methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in laboratory management or academic support roles
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with proven mentorship skills
- Technical proficiency in computing systems, software, and laboratory equipment
