National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) is a leading research and clinical centre dedicated to advancing neuroscience care and education in Singapore. We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager (Learning & Development) to join our Human Resources team and help shape the future of our staff through innovative learning solutions.
In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to identify skill gaps, design and deliver high‑impact training programmes, and foster a culture of continuous professional growth. You will manage our learning management system (LMS), track participation and outcomes, and use data‑driven insights to refine our development strategies.
Key responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, crafting engaging curricula (both classroom and e‑learning), coordinating logistics for workshops and seminars, and supporting the onboarding of new employees. You will also collaborate with subject‑matter experts across neurology, neurosurgery, nursing, and allied health to ensure relevance and clinical applicability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with the institute’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments and skills gap analyses to identify learning priorities across departments.
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate tracking of employee participation and performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate instructor‑led training, workshops, e‑learning modules, and blended learning initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and reporting tools, and continuously improve programs based on feedback.
- Partner with department heads and subject‑matter experts to develop curriculum content that reflects current neuroscience practices.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new staff, ensuring integration of essential policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in L&D, instructional design, and healthcare education to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a similar HR role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs in a corporate or healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle) and data analytics tools.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a research or clinical setting is an advantage.
- Professional certification in HR or L&D (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM) is a plus.
