Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and facilitate high-impact training programs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) administration and program logistics.
  • Partner with department heads to design bespoke development paths for high-potential talent.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through KPIs, surveys, and performance data.
  • Maintain and update training collateral, digital content, and onboarding materials.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in L&D, including gamification, micro-learning, and AI-driven coaching tools.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development or corporate training roles.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven expertise in curriculum design, blended learning methodologies, and instructional design tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable development strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in modern L&D platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
