Are you a fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? BFI Finance is looking for a dedicated Human Capital Intern to join our team in Bogor. As a leading financial institution in Indonesia, BFI Finance is committed to nurturing talent and providing a dynamic work environment. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment support, employee relations, and administrative operations. This is a paid internship designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice.
You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, gaining insights into talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. The role offers a unique opportunity to understand the inner workings of a finance company and develop essential soft skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Human Capital team in the full recruitment cycle, from screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to coordinating job fairs.
- Support employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and access to necessary resources.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with high accuracy.
- Assist in organizing internal company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, attendance reports, and performance evaluations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest or background in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
