Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full leasing cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing of retail leases.
- Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to achieve occupancy targets and rental income goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present high-quality leasing proposals, financial models, and legal documents to prospective tenants.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing and property management teams to coordinate leasing events and property promotions.
- Monitor lease expirations and proactively manage renewal discussions to minimize vacancy periods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail leasing or property management.
- Strong track record in negotiation, contract management, and closing commercial deals.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial projections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
- Valid driving license is an asset for site visits.
