Pasifik Agro Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager for Legal Permitting (Perizinan) to join our team in Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our operational compliance, ensuring that all regional and national regulatory requirements are met to support our agribusiness expansion.
You will manage complex permitting processes, engage with local government authorities, and mitigate legal risks associated with plantation and corporate operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with deep knowledge of Indonesian agrarian, environmental, and corporate laws who thrives in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end permit application process, including HGU, IUP, and environmental impact assessments (AMDAL).
- Ensure full compliance with local and national government regulations regarding plantation and land-use activities.
- Represent the company in administrative hearings and meetings with government agencies, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular legal audits on existing operational permits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to compile technical documentation required for license renewals and new filings.
- Monitor legislative changes and provide legal advisory to the management team regarding regulatory impact on operations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all legal documents and permit timelines to ensure timely renewals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Legal Permitting, preferably in the plantation, mining, or forestry sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws, Agrarian regulations, and regional government administrative procedures.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with government agencies.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to be stationed in Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
