- Lead and supervise HVAC maintenance teams across multiple facilities
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for complex HVAC systems
- Conduct technical analysis to diagnose system inefficiencies and failures
- Implement quality control protocols for technician workmanship
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering and facilities teams
- Prepare technical reports and performance analytics for stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced certification in HVAC systems (e.g., EPA 608, AHRI, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and system blueprints
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex HVAC/R equipment troubleshooting
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance software
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and contractors
- Knowledge of Indonesian environmental and safety regulations
