  • Liaise with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and legal teams

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of contract administration experience in property development
  • Proficiency in FIDIC contracts and Malaysian construction regulations
  • Advanced certification in contract management (e.g., CIPS, FIDIC) preferred
  • Expertise in tendering procedures and procurement best practices
  • Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and contract management software
