Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end credit control cycle, including billing, collection, and reconciliation of project receivables.
- Monitor aging reports and implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding debt and improve cash flow.
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and manage credit limits in accordance with company policy.
- Drive the automation and continuous improvement of credit control processes and reporting systems.
- Prepare periodic management reports regarding collections, bad debt provisions, and cash flow forecasting for senior management.
- Coordinate with legal and sales departments to resolve complex payment disputes or contractual issues.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and ensure compliance with internal financial controls and statutory regulations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure targets are met and operational excellence is maintained.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MIA).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance operations, preferably within the property development or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of debt collection procedures, legal frameworks for property contracts, and credit risk management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to meet strict KPIs.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay.
- High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
