Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee full-set finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury functions, and bank reconciliations to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports, financial statements, and variance analysis for senior management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee the depreciation and amortization schedules.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements (MFRS/IFRS).
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Provide support for budget preparation, cost control initiatives, and financial planning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the property development or construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent knowledge of MFRS, tax regulations, and local corporate laws.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
