CapitaLand, a leading global real estate developer, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager, Finance to join our finance team on a 1-year contract. Based in the Central Region, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the financial operations and strategic initiatives of a world-class real estate portfolio. You will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS and group policies.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and implement recommendations.
- Monitor and enhance internal controls, financial processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and business partnering support to operational teams and senior management.
- Assist in tax compliance matters, including GST returns, corporate tax, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the real estate, property development, or asset management sector.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Yardi) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a contract or project-based role is advantageous.
