Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full cycle of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
- Manage and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost control measures are effectively implemented.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory requirements, and accounting standards (MFRS).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to enhance departmental productivity.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to safeguard company assets and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MICPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
