- Lead end-to-end group consolidation process for multi-entity portfolio
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements compliant with IFRS
- Manage month-end/year-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Develop financial models for investment analysis and performance tracking
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance requirements
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Mentor junior finance staff and drive team development
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA qualification
- 5+ years in finance with consolidation experience
- Strong expertise in IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Experience in real estate or REIT finance preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in process optimization and team leadership
