- Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets and periodic forecasts from business units and overseas finance teams
- Review financial submissions for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies for the Industrial division
- Manage financial processes and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with experience in property/real estate sector highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex financial information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
