Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Create and distribute key communication materials including annual reports, press releases, and investor presentations
  • Coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and stakeholder engagement events
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, financial institutions, and media partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting investor perception
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly earnings presentations and investor briefings

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or financial PR
  • Proven ability to create compelling financial communications and press materials
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating media events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and market research methodologies
  • Experience working with retail or real estate sectors highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
