Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic grant management policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee the end-to-end grant application, review, and award processes for public research initiatives
- Provide expert guidance to researchers and institutions on grant requirements, compliance, and reporting
- Monitor and evaluate grant performance metrics, ensuring optimal utilization of research funds
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align grant initiatives with organizational research objectives
- Stay current with evolving grant regulations, funding opportunities, and best practices in research administration
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance grant management processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or PhD preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in grants administration, research management, or related field
- Strong understanding of research funding mechanisms, grant regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in grant management software and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing administrative processes and systems
