Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize client portfolios within the share registrar function, ensuring timely processing of corporate actions, dividend payments, and share transfers
- Oversee end-to-end shareholder record maintenance, including address updates, name changes, and dividend entitlement verification
- Ensure strict adherence to Bursa Malaysia Securities and other regulatory requirements for share registration activities
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture through targeted coaching and skill development
- Develop and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, reduce processing times, and enhance client satisfaction
- Act as primary liaison for high-value clients, resolving complex inquiries and maintaining strong business relationships
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and analytics for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in share registrar services, investor relations, or corporate administration
- Deep understanding of Malaysian securities regulations, including Bursa Malaysia listing requirements
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities and mentorship capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in investor service platforms (e.g., Equiniti, Computershare) and MS Office suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex corporate action scenarios
- Professional certification (ACCA, CFA, or similar) considered advantageous
