Tanggung Jawab
- Provide bilingual administrative support in Mandarin and Indonesian to ensure smooth communication across departments
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate business operations
- Manage documentation, reports, and correspondence in multiple languages with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support manager in planning, executing, and monitoring departmental activities and projects
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for international business activities
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in multinational environments
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal); fluent in Indonesian and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity
- Experience working in Jakarta or familiar with local business practices is preferred
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to tasks
