- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of sales associates to boost morale and performance.
- Drive sales targets and achieve monthly revenue goals through strategic planning.
- Handle high-level customer inquiries and resolve complex complaints professionally.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, health standards, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (conversational to professional level).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail preferred.
