Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate Mandarin-Bahasa Indonesia translation for daily operations and client communications
- Support management in coordinating cross-functional logistics activities
- Handle incoming/outgoing client communications in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia
- Prepare and maintain bilingual documentation and reports
- Assist in training staff on Mandarin language and cultural nuances
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements
- Act as primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or managerial support
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and translation tools
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced logistics environment
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures preferred
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
