Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust manpower planning models to forecast short-term and long-term staffing requirements.
- Analyze HR data and operational metrics to identify workforce trends, turnover rates, and hiring gaps.
- Collaborate with department heads to translate business objectives into effective workforce strategies.
- Prepare regular headcount reports, variance analysis, and presentation decks for senior management reviews.
- Monitor and track recruitment progress against the authorized manpower budget.
- Review and streamline organizational structures to enhance operational productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and internal HR policies regarding workforce deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically focused on manpower planning, workforce analytics, or budget management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced modeling) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
