- Develop and implement demand planning strategies for product promotions and sales forecasting
- Optimize product gross profit margins through pricing and inventory management
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform merchandising decisions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams on integrated planning
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for merchandising effectiveness
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and profit analysis
- Identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and new product introductions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- 3+ years of experience in retail merchandising, planning, or inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or retail planning software
- Knowledge of Indonesian consumer market dynamics
