Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce employee protection policies aligned with Singapore labor regulations
- Investigate workplace complaints and incidents with impartiality and discretion
- Conduct training programs on harassment prevention, safety protocols, and compliance
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to resolve employee relations issues
- Maintain confidential documentation of investigations and resolution outcomes
- Monitor workplace safety conditions and recommend corrective actions
- Stay updated on employment legislation and best practices in healthcare HR
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in employee relations or compliance roles
- Certified HR Practitioner (CHRP) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Deep understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and workplace regulations
- Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience developing training materials for workplace policies
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and documentation management
