  • Oversee the daily operational activities of a premier retail and office property portfolio.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality maintenance and timely repairs.
  • Monitor property health and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the management team in financial reporting, budget tracking, and operational expense management.
  • Address tenant feedback and resolve facility-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
  • Assist in the procurement process for property upgrades, maintenance supplies, and service contracts.
  • Implement operational improvements to streamline site management and enhance property efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in property operations, facilities management, or building services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance workflows, and workplace safety regulations (WSH).
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
  • Experience in managing commercial or retail assets is highly preferred.
