Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a specialized pod of accounting professionals to ensure all client deliverables are met with high accuracy.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage team performance, including resource allocation, training, and providing constructive performance feedback.
- Review financial statements, reconciliations, and tax computations prepared by team members to ensure data integrity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, resolving complex accounting queries promptly.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals and project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, financial reporting standards (PFRS/IFRS), and GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements.
