Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive end-to-end process reviews within the finance department to identify bottlenecks, eliminate redundancies, and recommend automation opportunities.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize financial systems and ERP software to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other business operations.
- Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for newly improved financial workflows and system usage.
- Monitor financial system performance, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to finance staff on new processes, system functionalities, and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on process improvement metrics, system efficiency, and project milestones to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, financial systems management, or business analysis within a corporate environment.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
