Erajaya is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Product Development team. This is a specialized role within our talent pool, specifically designed for a professional who is fluent in Mandarin and possesses a deep understanding of the product lifecycle within the fast-paced retail and electronics distribution industry.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between our international suppliers and local operations. You will be responsible for the meticulous documentation, technical verification, and finalization of product specifications, ensuring every item meets our stringent quality and compliance standards before hitting the market. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end collection of technical information for product finalization and approval.
- Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure accurate product confirmation and specification alignment.
- Oversee the documentation process to ensure all compliance and technical files are complete and audit-ready.
- Monitor and track product development milestones to ensure adherence to launch timelines.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to resolve technical queries and discrepancies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in product documentation that could impact market entry.
- Support the senior management team in optimizing product development workflows and administrative efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product development, supply chain, or technical documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for technical detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills to bridge gaps between local teams and international partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple product lines simultaneously.
