- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and implement production schedules, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams

- Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve production issues

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems
- Proficiency in production planning software and data analysis tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
