In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the end-to-end execution of high-impact land and construction projects. As part of our leadership support team, you will bridge the gap between planning and site execution, ensuring that our projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards expected by our stakeholders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the comprehensive planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor site progress and quality control, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and building regulations.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, budget tracking, and performance reviews for management.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Manage documentation, including project drawings, contracts, and procurement schedules.
- Provide on-site supervision and technical support to resolve operational bottlenecks effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the property development or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, local building codes, and authority submission procedures.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
