Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily quality control operations and Halal certification processes in food production environments
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP-based food safety management systems
  • Conduct internal audits and supplier compliance assessments for quality standards
  • Lead quality assurance team members through training, mentorship, and performance management
  • Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian Halal standards, BPF regulations, and international food safety protocols
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for quality metrics, Halal certifications, and regulatory submissions
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to enhance product quality and shelf life

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in food manufacturing
  • Halal certification knowledge and familiarity with JAKIM requirements
  • Proficiency in HACCP implementation and food safety management systems
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret quality data and trends
  • Leadership experience managing QA teams and cross-functional projects
  • Certification in ISO 9001, BRC, or other food safety standards (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
