Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end preparation and dissemination of accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring full alignment with group policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Manage complex bank reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and general ledger variance analysis to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains within ERP systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to provide actionable financial insights and support high-level strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct regular training sessions on reporting standards, system updates, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, with a proven track record of managing reporting modules.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong presentation skills for communicating financial results to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced shipping and logistics environment.
