- Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail teams through training, performance coaching, and goal setting
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Implement customer service excellence protocols to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail management with proven team leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales reports and market data
- Proficiency in retail management systems (e.g., POS, inventory software)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
