Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily sales operations to ensure seamless administrative workflows.
- Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales team activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with high precision.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, quotations, and invoices.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve administrative issues.
- Implement and monitor office procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales administration or a similar support role.
- Proven experience in handling sales reports, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
