Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all secretarial functions including board meetings, shareholder meetings, and statutory filings
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
  • Prepare and maintain corporate records, minutes, and documentation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Provide secretarial support to senior management and board members
  • Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements that may impact the organization
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports and other statutory documents

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial, Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in secretarial or corporate governance role
  • Professional qualification in Secretarial Practice or Corporate Governance is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of statutory laws and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and secretarial software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
