MSIG is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Assistant Manager to join our Health Insurance division. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Head of Department to drive profitable growth, manage segment performance, and execute strategic healthcare initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Head of Department in monitoring and managing the financial performance of the Health Insurance profit centre.
- Analyze segment-specific data to identify growth opportunities, profitability gaps, and market trends.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives to drive sustainable business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product development and underwriting processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular management reports to guide leadership decision-making.
- Support the implementation of business plans, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize claims processes and enhance customer experience within the health segment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience within the insurance industry, specifically within Health Insurance or Medical Underwriting.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization and financial reporting tools.
- Proven ability to support profit centre management and understanding of insurance technical metrics (loss ratios, acquisition costs, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to business challenges.
- Professional insurance certifications (e.g., CMI, CII, or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
